Others: It has extremely strong penetrating power, emulsifying power, diffusion and wetting effects, which can enhance the fiber scouring effect and provide a good hand feel. 

85% Swire Oil [Application] : Swire oil has double bonds in its molecular structure. The sulfate ester group (-OSO3) is located in the center of the molecule, and the end groups have carboxyl groups (-COO-). The long carbon chain has hydrophobic groups and strong hydrophilic groups. Therefore, its calcium and magnesium salts have high solubility, strong resistance to hard water, and at the same time, its wettability, permeability, emulsifying performance and cleaning power are all excellent. In addition, it contains a relatively high amount of oil, which significantly improves the hand feel of fiber fabrics and increases their luster. 

(1) Boiling with ancient oil can enhance the thoroughness of the boiling process. The capillary effect of cotton fabrics after scouring can also be increased by 5% to 15% accordingly, with a dosage of 0.7% to 1.0% of the fabric weight. 

(2) AS a naphthol As base dyeing assistant: First, mix it with swire oil to form a paste, then add caustic soda to prepare a solution. This can significantly enhance the diffusibility and penetration of the base agent, prevent the formation of colloids, and achieve uniform dye absorption. (3) As a dyeing assistant for sulfur dyes: When this product is added to sulfur dyes for cotton fabric dyeing, the excellent penetration and emulsification properties of Taikoo oil can be utilized to ensure uniform dyeing and bright colors. Usage: Mix the dye into a paste with Taikoo oil, apply sodium sulfide, heat with steam, and after the dye dissolves, add it to the dyeing tank for dyeing. In addition, when dyeing with VAT dyes, adding swire oil can enhance the diffusibility and permeability of the dyes. 

(4) As an additive for improving the hand feel of cotton fabrics: Taikoo oil contains a large amount of oil. When finishing cotton fabrics, adding Taikoo oil can significantly improve the hand feel of cotton fabrics, increase their luster, prevent rough hand feel and the resulting problems such as "needling", fuzzy stitches and easy shedding during sewing, and enhance the wearing performance of the fabric.

 (5) As a dye sizing assistant: It helps dyes dissolve fully in the printing paste, achieving uniform color delivery during printing, enhancing the penetration of dyes into fabrics and color fastness, and can also be used as a defoamer for dyes, pigments and dye intermediates.
